Your Complete Compliance Solution

Running a Care Service today means being pulled in two directions:

· On one side, you need to prove compliance to Regulators with clear evidence, inspection readiness, and up-to-date documentation.

· On the other hand, you want to empower your staff to grow, develop, and deliver the highest quality of care every single day.

Most Providers struggle to cover both, either spending too much time on paperwork or lacking the right tools to track staff competence.

That’s why Fulcrum and Confident Competence have partnered to bring you a complete solution: · The Bronze Compliance Package – annual independent inspections support, giving you external assurance and peace of mind. · The Confident Competence Platform – a practical digital toolkit to embed competence across your teams and generate regulator-ready evidence instantly.

Together, they give you the clarity, confidence, and compliance you need.

What is Included?

We have developed a joint offer combining both Organisations’ strengths:

For just £500 + VAT per month, Care Homes and Domiciliary Care Providers can now access a complete solution that includes:

· The Fulcrum Bronze Compliance Package Annual on-site mock inspection, remote mock inspection, PIR support and practical risk-based guidance.

· The Confident Competence Platform Digital assessments, real-time dashboards, instant compliance reports, and up to 50 user accounts.

This package is normally £799 + VAT a month when purchased separately — now available at £500 + VAT/month (0–50 users, minimum 12-month term).

It is designed to deliver clarity, reduce risk, and strengthen care quality through one joined-up support system.

Strengthening Care through Partnership

Our partnership with Fulcrum Care reflects our commitment to creating safer, more confident, and more resilient Care Services across the UK. When Providers have the right tools and the right expertise, they can focus on what matters most: delivering outstanding care.

We are proud to partner with Fulcrum Care. Together, we are shaping the future of the Health and Social Care.
